Cancellation Policy

Your spot on the retreat is secured by completing the registration and submitting the retreat fee. Cancellations can be made until July 31, 2026, in which case the retreat fee will be refunded, minus a €100 reservation fee. Cancellations are not possible after July 31, 2026. The retreat organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in the case of a force majeure or if the minimum number of participants (8 people) has not been reached 1 month before the retreat. If the cancellation is made by the organizer, the paid retreat fee will be refunded to the customer. In case of severe obstacle/illness that prevents you from participating please contact Viivi.
