The approach here is not about effort or understanding; it’s about unwinding, unbinding, and coming to rest as spontaneous presence. It’s about meeting life as it presents itself – raw, unfiltered, and deeply intimate. It's about visceral softening that comes when we stop manipulating the experience. This type of openness allows contracted emotions and fixed beliefs to organically release.
In Viivi’s sessions, you’re invited to sit together in the Unknowing. Here, the seeking impulse turns towards its source, and the dance of awakening begins. Viivi doesn’t offer teachings or solutions; instead, she offers her presence as a mirror, reflecting the clarity and freedom already alive within you.
These sessions are your time to explore what it means to be fully present in the body, to look into the nature of identity and suffering, and to discover the primal dynamic space where thoughts no longer define your reality. It’s a space where the illusion of separate self can be seen for the marvelous dream it is, and where the seeking may find its natural end.

Your true nature is not far away or hidden.
All there is is this wild immediacy:
naturally occurring empty lucidity.
Its simplicity is utterly beyond reason, doubt or belief.
Astonishingly vivid and inexpressible,
THIS is always intimately available.
The mind cannot grasp her.
No view can contain her.
No one can possess her.
The naked brilliance of absolute nothingness,
ceaselessly bursting in.
Unconditional love … is WHAT IS.

Viivi’s journey into nonduality began in her early thirties with a powerful kundalini awakening. This was not an acquisition of new insight but a shattering of all conceptual views on life, a spontaneous combustion of the known self that left in its wake the unknowable vastness of true nature. It was a dark night that gave way to a timeless dawn, in which the dream of ‘I Am’ dissolved into the indivisible whole of the natural state.
